Russia Withdraws Some Forces From Ukraine in Reaction to Kursk Attack

.Russia is drawing several of its own troops from Ukraine to react to a Ukrainian onslaught in to Russian area, U.S. officials claimed, the first indication that Kyiv's incursion is actually requiring Moscow to rejigger its attack troop.
